When am I charged for a Redeem Link?
Only when and for what the recipient successfully redeems. If you create a $100 link and $75 is redeemed, your account is charged $75 of reward value.
What happens to an unredeemed balance?
It can stay available or expire based on your program settings. The unredeemed reward value is never charged to your platform account.
Can I start without an API integration?
Yes. Use the Client Portal for single and bulk gift card orders, Redeem Links, campaign budgets, and order tracking.
Are there monthly minimums or contracts?
There are no monthly minimums or contract commitments for the gift card platform. Client platform terms and applicable merchant terms still apply.
Are payout fees included?
Payout methods such as Push-to-Card and digital wallets have separate fees. Contact us to confirm availability and pricing for your program.
